Every day, people use their cell
phones as a means for communication through texting, calling, social media, and
many other forms of getting in touch with others.
Most cell phone users depend on
their cell phones’ functions and capabilities to get through the day in the
most efficient way possible, but are not always aware of how many hours they
spend on their cell.
People often use their phone for
positive things, such as keeping in contact with family or being aware of their
surroundings.
However, cell phones are often used
in negative ways that can cause bad habits or provide distractions.
Two students, Lauren Hallett and
Brendan O’Hara, will discuss how they are dependent on their cell phones and
what some positive and negative aspects are to owning a cell phone.
